Instructions
Seperate white and egg yolk
Add cake flour, milk, oil and vanilla to egg yolk
Mix all the ingredients together. Put it aside for now.
Beat egg white and grudually add sugar until it formed stiff peak
Put egg white into yolk mixture a little at a time and stir well
Preheat pan on medium heat
Scoop the mixture in and add a tbsp of water. Cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the pancake add another tbsp of water, cover the pan for another 3-4 minutes until brown.
