Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cake flour
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Seperate white and egg yolk
  • Add cake flour, milk, oil and vanilla to egg yolk
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Put it aside for now.
  • Beat egg white and grudually add sugar until it formed stiff peak
  • Put egg white into yolk mixture a little at a time and stir well
  • Preheat pan on medium heat
  • Scoop the mixture in and add a tbsp of water. Cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
  • Flip the pancake add another tbsp of water, cover the pan for another 3-4 minutes until brown.
