
Fluffy Pancake
Soft and fluffy pancake anyday during "stay at home" period or after. You will never go back to an ordinary pancake again
Equipment
- Mixer
Ingredients
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Seperate white and egg yolk
- Add cake flour, milk, oil and vanilla to egg yolk
- Mix all the ingredients together. Put it aside for now.
- Beat egg white and grudually add sugar until it formed stiff peak
- Put egg white into yolk mixture a little at a time and stir well
- Preheat pan on medium heat
- Scoop the mixture in and add a tbsp of water. Cover the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the pancake add another tbsp of water, cover the pan for another 3-4 minutes until brown.
