Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup chicken
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cups peas
  • 1/4 cups carrots
  • 1/4 cups onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 pieces lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  • Beat 2 eggs and set them aside
  • Heat pan over medium heat
  • Add chicken and garlic (you can add garlic first)
  • Add white onion
  • Add beaten eggs
  • Add rice
  • Add veggies, stir for 3-4 minutes
  • Add fish sauce
  • Then add black pepper
