Thai Style Fried Rice – Gluten free, Sugar free

Easy to make Thai style fried rice recipe. It's a quick and easy to cook and does not need many ingredients either.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup chicken
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cups peas
  • 1/4 cups carrots
  • 1/4 cups onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 pieces lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  1. Beat 2 eggs and set them aside

  2. Heat pan over medium heat

  3. Add chicken and garlic (you can add garlic first)

  4. Add white onion

  5. Add beaten eggs

  6. Add rice

  7. Add veggies, stir for 3-4 minutes

  8. Add fish sauce

  9. Then add black pepper
