- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/3 cup chicken
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 cups peas
- 1/4 cups carrots
- 1/4 cups onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 pieces lime wedge
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Beat 2 eggs and set them aside
- Heat pan over medium heat
- Add chicken and garlic (you can add garlic first)
- Add white onion
- Add beaten eggs
- Add rice
- Add veggies, stir for 3-4 minutes
- Add fish sauce
- Then add black pepper
