Banana Bread
Easy to make Banana bread. No mixer needed.
- 1 cup salted butter
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 1 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 350F, and butter a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan. Banke for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from the oven, cover with foil and let it cool in the pan.
Remove fom the pan, slice and serve.
